First Fitting (Within 10 Days)

Try the initial draft. Too tight on the shoulders? Need deeper pockets? We fine-tune the fit and add custom touches and preferences like unique buttons.

Final Delivery

Your finished garment arrives pressed and ready to wear, complete with a luxe garment bag and lifetime complimentary adjustments. Based on appointment availability.

SERVICE PROCESS
  1. Book online: Secure your appointment with a quick preference form and ₹5,000 token fee (adjustable against your final purchase).
  2. Initial Call: Your stylist will initiate a call as per your convenience prior to the home visit, to understand your unique style cues and plan your requirements. 
  3. Home visit: Your stylist and tailor discuss your needs, note your measurements and preferences, and will present the best fabric options for your design.
  4. Fit & Finish: Post your order we take 2-4 weeks to craft and deliver your clothing including any fittings scheduled as needed. 
  5. Delivery: The Bespokeasy process concludes with your custom outfits delivered at home. You may request for a additional fitting sessions with our easy to use booking system 
BOOKING & CONSULTATION

Visit our website or contact our concierge team. The ₹5,000 token fee confirms your slot and is deducted from your final invoice.

  • Wear fitted clothing for accurate measurements.
  • Bring inspiration (e.g. photos, Pinterest boards).
  • Allocate 90 minutes to discuss styles, fabrics, and timelines.

Yes! Notify your dedicated Point of Contact (PoC) or via the portal upto 12 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your token fee.

Yes! For existing patrons, after the initial visit. Each additional visit is chargeable as per ₹2,000. This enables our stylists to deliver responsive and dedicated service in fulfilling your requirements. 

DESIGN & TAILORING

Our stylists curate recommendations based on your body type and lifestyle. Prefer guidance? Refine your vision over a StyleConnect (link to Virtual Consultation Page – opening in another tab) call or share unique ideas in our ‘Tell Us Your Idea’ form.

  • Ceremonial: Wedding sherwanis, Tuxedos, Celebration outfits, Half coat, Ethnic wear. 
  • Corporate: Custom Italian suits, Blazers, Shirts, Trousers, Crafted Shoes
  • Lifestyle: Tailored jeans, Tweed jackets, Custom shoes and Personalised accessories. 

We bring luxury fabrics (silks, linens, Italian wool) to your home. Post-measurement, master tailors conduct 1-2 in-person fittings, supervised by our Creative Director for perfection.

Absolutely! Your PoC coordinates adjustments to pre-production inputs and will be happy to make the revisions as permissible.
Post-delivery, enjoy complimentary alterations for 90 days (e.g., hemming, waist adjustments).

Standard delivery is within 2–4 weeks from the initial consultation. For urgent orders, expedited options are available, discuss them during the consultation.
