CANCELLATION

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order. Your entire order amount will be refunded. Please call our Customer Care for a Cancellation.

Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been delivered to you.

How do I return a Cayana garment within 30 days?

You can return a Cayana garment by following these simple steps:

Call our Customer Care team. We will send you a tamper-proof package to pack your garment. Note that once the package is sealed, it cannot be opened unless destroyed.

Once your package is ready, let us know and we will immediately have the courier pick it up.

As soon as Cayana receives your item, your refund will be processed and will be credited back to you within 15 working days.

This policy does not apply for International Orders.

At Cayana, we want you to love our products as much as we do. We are so confident about our garments, that we offer a full 30-day No Questions Asked Return Policy from shipping date, which gives you ample time to ensure you are 100% satisfied. If you need to return it for any reason, we will happily provide you with a full refund or remake your order from scratch. No Questions Asked!

However the 30 days Return Policy is only applicable to first purchase of any category.

Cayana can only accept products that are in a good and original condition. Our 30 Day return policy is only for online customers within India and does not apply to offline customers or international orders.

If you wish to return a purchase, you get a 100% full credit note with free return shipping as we do not withhold shipping or other charges.

100% Refund Policy is only valid for first purchase of any category.
