Indian Orders: Shipping is complimentary for purchases over INR 4999. Orders below that have a flat shipping fee of Rs. 500 per order.
International Orders: We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at the time of shipping based on actual rates from our logistic partner. To maintain the quality of your suit:
- Dry clean it no more than twice a year.
- Always hang it upright on a coat hanger.
- Rest your suit every other day.
- Steam Press rather than dry clean for minor wrinkles.
- Use a jacket brush, lint remover or a hand steamer for the best upkeep
For shirts, it is best to wash them in cold or warm water and hang them to dry. Avoid dry cleaning shirts unless they are Silk or specifically mentioned. Suits and coats should be only dry cleaned to maintain their quality and structure.
For minor stains, use a jacket brush or a hand steamer to gently remove the stain. If the stain persists, it is best to take your suit to a professional cleaner expert in handling delicate fabrics.
Customised and Made-For-You Clothing and Accessories: Due to the personalised nature of these items, we do not accept returns or provide refunds. Each piece is specifically crafted for you as per your style and measurements.
Ready-to-Wear and Off-the-Rack Collections: We accept returns or refunds for unused products within 7 days of delivery. The product must be returned in its original condition with protective packaging to ensure it arrives safely without any damage.
We offer complimentary alterations within a specified period after delivery. If you need adjustments, please contact us, and we will arrange for the necessary alterations to ensure your garment fits perfectly.
